The objective of the study, reflected in this paper, it to provide a thorough assessment of the costs and benefits of labour migration for the Eastern Partnership countries (EaP, comprised of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine), to explore the potential for future new rules on mobility with EU countries, and to provide policy recommendations to enhance the benefits stemming from such flows.
